These terms apply to all purchases made on the Cubora store, which is operated by Legacy Shop. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

2. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly from on-screen images. Products with small parts are not suitable for children under 3.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (EUR) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping costs are shown before you pay. Payment is taken securely at checkout.

4. Orders

Your order is confirmed by email. We may cancel an order in case of a pricing error, lack of stock or suspected fraud. If we do, you'll receive a full refund.

5. Delivery

Delivery terms are set out in our Shipping Policy.

6. Right of withdrawal and returns

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.

7. Warranty

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, as provided for under applicable consumer law.

Minecraft and its related names, characters and artwork belong to their respective rights holder. The store's own content may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Personal data

Your data is used only to process your order and, if you agree, to send you our newsletter. You can ask to access or delete your data at any time by emailing support.
