Refund & Return Policy

Want to change your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to return your order. You don't need to give a reason.

How to return an item

1. Email support@cubora-shop.com with your order number before you send anything back.
2. We'll reply with the return instructions and address.
3. Send the item back unused, complete and in its original packaging, with the doors unopened.

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective or not what you ordered.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method, including the standard shipping cost of your order.

Damaged or wrong item

If your calendar arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

This policy does not limit your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law.
