Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Every order comes with a tracking number.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking link once your order has shipped.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout. This is a seasonal product, so we recommend ordering early to start your countdown on December 1st. If you need a delivery estimate before ordering, email support@cubora-shop.com.

Packaging

The calendar is shipped in a protective outer carton to keep the box and its doors in good condition.

Customs

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are paid by the recipient.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for a while or your parcel seems lost, contact support@cubora-shop.com. We'll investigate with the carrier and find a solution.
